Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

We package orders with care, but once an item has been transferred to the carrier, delivery is outside our control.
