Realising we should find things to be thankful for every day


Thankful, sharing what we have with others


When we sit down and look around, we should see all the wonderful things we have created if we can sit still for a moment in time and just breathe. That is an excellent start to this. Then, if we keep having ungrateful thoughts, remind ourselves that it does not serve us well. We should turn that channel and turn it quickly to being thankful.


Sitting in nature is a great way to calm down from the day.


Relaxing into a Thankful state of being


Your idea of thankfulness does not have to be defined by others. It should be what you feel is right for you to be thankful for and or about.
